Elmira House Retreat | Billings Park

You'll enjoy this completely remodeled home in the Billings Park neighborhood. It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom and has a kitchen fully stocked with your basic essentials. Off street Parking, WiFi, SmartTV, Hulu and Netflix

Our house is very close to the Millennium Trail which leads to the Superior Municipal Forest which has an area of 4,400 acres! Which has Trails for skate skiing, skijoring, atv's, snowmobiles and walkers.

The Arrowhead and Billing Park Public boat ramps  are both just a couple minutes away with access to the St Louis River and Lake Superior.

The Twin Ports are a large transmodal shipping hub. Ships come in from the great lakes to offload onto trucks and trains! This means that Railroad tracks run throughout Superior and Duluth. You will most likely hear trains making connections in preparation for delivering their goods throughout the country!
