A Home Designed for Fun
The main living area is located upstairs and gives everyone plenty of room to gather, relax, and watch a movie on the huge TV. The home has a fun, eclectic personality, with unique light fixtures and other design details that give the newly renovated space character.

Downstairs, the family and game room becomes its own entertainment zone. Challenge your group to a game of foosball, air hockey, or pool on the convertible game table, relax in the additional seating area, or head to the dedicated workout station for a little exercise followed up with a relaxing sauna.

The downstairs level also includes the home's third bedroom and second full bathroom, making this floor especially convenient for families or groups who want a little extra separation.

The home offers three bedrooms:

• One king bedroom
• Two queen bedrooms
• Two twin sleeper sofas in the downstairs family room

With two full bathrooms and plenty of shared living space, the home comfortably accommodates families and groups while giving everyone room to spread out.

Relax & Recharge
After an active day, unwind in the new private sauna located in the downstairs bathroom. The home also features new mini-split air conditioning, heating, and a washer and dryer available for guest use.  Multiple TVs throughout the home—including several large-screen TVs—make it easy for everyone to find a place to relax.

Need to get some work done while you're away? The downstairs level includes a dedicated workspace with a desk, printer, and TV, making extended stays or work-from-home trips easy.
