Heirloom Vacations Cancellation Policy

Make sure you’re comfortable with this cancellation/modification policy. In rare cases, you may be eligible for a refund outside of this policy.

If you cancel at least 30 days before check-in, but after the 24-hour cancellation period, you’ll be charged 50% for all nights

If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, but after the 24-hour cancellation period, you’ll be charged 100% for all nights

Cancellation policy may differ between properties, please check the listing for accurate information on that properties cancellation policy. If no policy is listed on the listing than this standard policy will apply. This and other policies on our website only applies to bookings made direct with Heirloom Vacations and does not apply to our listings on other platforms such as Airbnb, Expedia, Vrbo, etc.
