You will be hard pressed to find a more unique location in Duluth. This 2nd floor Scandinavian condo is sleek, stylish, and loaded with extras. With free parking in the heart of Duluth, and Park Point neighborhood, you are just steps away from Canal Park, where you will find fantastic restaurants, bars, boutiques, coffee shops, art galleries & more. The bedroom features a plush king sized bed and lots of storage capacity. The kitchen is fully equipped with your basic essentials; with seating for 4 at the kitchen island. The open space concept allows for everyone to spend time together, whether you are relaxing on the cozy sofa or lounge chair in the living room or cooking up something tasty in the kitchen.  The sofa has a full size pullout bed allowing the apartment to sleep 4, keep in mind however, the bathroom is located through the bedroom.

This property is dog-friendly, specific rules regarding pets at the property are as follows: Please keep pets off all furniture and be sure to be on a leash at all times when outside of the home. Also be sure to clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the trash bins located outside of property. Please respect neighbors by limiting the barking of pets on the property; A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed at the property; the pet fee is $75/dog and an additional $75/dog will be added per week for extended reservations. All mention of pets denotes DOGS ONLY, no other pets are permitted. Any property damages caused by pets will be assessed and may be charged at the discretion of management.
