Inside, you'll find a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a large Smart TV—the perfect place to relax after exploring Duluth. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king bed and walk-in closet, while the second bedroom also offers a comfortable king bed, making the home ideal for couples, families, or friends traveling together.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, while the dining area provides a comfortable place to gather. The home includes a full bathroom upstairs with a shower/tub combination, a convenient half bathroom on the main level, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer for added convenience.

Arriving is simple with convenient self check-in using our new smart lock system, allowing you to come and go with ease throughout your stay.

This home is professionally managed by Heirloom Vacations, with experienced hospitality, housekeeping, and maintenance teams dedicated to providing a seamless stay. Our guest services team is available daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with emergency assistance available 24/7.
You'll receive a digital guidebook before arrival with everything you need for your stay, including check-in instructions, local recommendations, and property information. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out may be submitted through the guidebook and are accommodated whenever possible.

Pet Policy
We happily welcome up to two dogs per reservation for a fee of $75 per dog. Dogs should not be left unattended outside of a crate and must remain leashed in public areas. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, and any damages caused by pets may result in additional charges.
