Escape to the Superior Woods Retreat and get a breath of fresh air on this large private lot.
Enjoy full access to our 4 bedroom 3 level home, sauna and the outdoor spaces. The kitchen is fully stocked with your basic essentials to create delicious meals while you create memories to last a lifetime. With a large dining table and kitchen bar everyone can easily be together. There are 2 family rooms, 2 full bathrooms, in unit laundry, a separate kids play room, and a game room with a great bar, couch, large TV, and best of all a ping pong table!
Located in a secluded area 15 miles north of Duluth and surrounded by trees, the air up here is exactly what you need to escape the stresses of everyday life. Watch the kids play on the swing set while you sip your morning coffee or evening wine. And don’t forget to take advantage of the Sauna!. This property will remind you of life's simple pleasures.
Superior Woods is also a canine friendly property, so you won't have to leave fido home alone. We allow up to 2 dogs with a $75 fee per dog. Please see our rules and regulations in regard to bringing your furry friend.

Access: Accessing the house is super easy with the handy keypad located on the garage door. Just use the unique codes provided in your reservation instructions, and voila! You're in!
Parking: There is ample parking in the driveway for multiple vehicles.
Guest Interaction: Our awesome guest service team is here to assist you from 8am to 9pm. If you have any questions or need anything, just give us a ring. You'll find our contact information in your booking confirmation. We'll primarily communicate through the booking platform and/or email, so keep an eye out for important check-in info. You'll receive all the details at 3pm on the day of your arrival. Check-in time is at 4pm. Check-out time is 10am. Feel free to reach out if you need anything else. Transit: A vehicle is required when visiting Superior Woods Retreat as it is located halfway between Duluth and Two Harbors.
VACATION RENTAL HOUSE RULES
1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS a) All Guests (and any Visitors) must comply with all House Rules and any other instructions from the Property Manager during their stay; and b) Guests must notify the Property Manager of any disputes or complaints from neighbors as soon as reasonably practicable.
2. NOISE AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD a) This Vacation Rental is suitable for children of all ages! Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the Neighborhood; b) Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours (10pm – 8am), and upon arrival and departure; c) Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the vacation rental agreement, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges which may be deducted from the Security Deposit;
3. VISITORS a) Guests are allowed a maximum of 4 visitors at any time during their stay. b) Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded; and that visitors are complicit with these House Rules.
4. FUNCTIONS a) Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at the Vacation Rental; and b) Any small gathering must comply with other rules set regarding Noise, the Neighborhood and Visitor numbers.
5. PARKING a) Guests and any visitors are to comply with parking regulations and other requirements set out by the property manger and show consideration to neighbors and other vehicles; please use the designated parking.
6. SECURITY a) Any time Guests leave the Vacation Rental, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. b) Guests must switch off the lights, air conditioning, fans, electronics such as televisions when not in use to promote energy saving.
7. SMOKING a) Smoking is not permitted inside the Vacation Rental; and b) Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly (in large trash cans located outside property or off property all together) and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
8. PETS a) Pets are permitted at the Vacation Rental; b) Specific rules regarding Pets at the Vacation Rental are as follows: Please keep pets off all furniture and be sure to have on a leash at all times when outside of the home. Also be sure to clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the trash bins located outside of property. Please respect neighbors by limiting the barking of pets on the property.
9. DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES a) All Damages and Breakages must be reported to the Property Manager as soon as reasonably practicable. Failure to report them will likely result in a penalty deduction from the security deposit. And; b) To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement.
10. CHECK OUT ARRANGEMENTS a) Please be sure to lock all doors and leave both sets of keys back in the lockbox. Check out is at 10am - if you need a later checkout please contact me as soon as possible to make arrangements.
11. EMERGENCY CONTACT DETAILS: a) In the event of an emergency relating to the Vacation Rental, your emergency contact is: Heirloom Vacation Rentals 218-409-4885 b) In the event of all other emergencies please call 911.
12. COMPLIANCE a) Breach of any of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy as per the Rental Agreement. b) The Owner and Manager reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the Vacation Rental, any Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community.
