Hillside Haven | Quiet Neighborhood

Hillside Haven is a cozy, little townhouse located on a quiet neighborhood corner. When you enter the property you will find classic charming details mixed with all the amenities of home. The fluffy pillows and blanket on the sofa are perfect to bundle up in and read a book on a chilly evening. Enjoy your favorite show or movie in this space as there is a smart TV where you are able to stream from your favorite services.

Wander upstairs to the bedrooms to relax and unwind. The first bedroom is furnished with a twin bed and a desk for those who may be working remotely during their visit, this room also has the perk of a partial lake view. The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed and plenty of storage. The kitchen is amply stocked with everything you need to cook during your stay and there are plenty of seats to comfortably dine or entertain. A single car 'tuck-under' garage with a remote-controlled overhead door is located on the ground floor below the kitchen and dining room. The portable keychain remote for this is on the kitchen counter. Access from this garage to the living space is via both a private inside and an outside stair. This is a good amenity for guests with special cars and also for touring motorcyclists. It is a nice luxury during snowy winter months, too. Centrally located, Hillside Haven is within short driving distance to downtown Duluth, University of Minnesota-Duluth, The Superior Plaza which features a CVS, Walgreens, Super One Grocery and Great Harvest Bread Company, and the Woodland neighborhood where you can enjoy the library, Mount Royal Grocery, Tavern on the Hill and much more.

→ KITCHEN:
Our kitchen has all the basics for your cooking needs. A coffee maker, pots & pans, toaster, and all the needed cooking and baking utensils. To get you started we set you up with complimentary coffee bags from Duluth Coffee Company as well as a few beverages and popcorn.

→ BATHROOM
Our bathrooms have all the essentials. Toilet paper, bath towels, shampoo & conditioner, body wash, hand soap, make-up wipes, and a blow dryer. 

→ ENTERTAINMENT:
All of our TVs are SmartTVs with a variety of apps downloaded and ready for your use. Please bring your own credentials to access streaming networks.

→ PETS
To protect the beauty of this home we have a strict no pets allowed policy. Any property damages caused by pets will be assessed and may be charged at the discretion of management.

→ THINGS TO DO
Duluth's many mountain bike trails are a popular attraction! Head over to Canal Park, Park Point Beach (the longest sandbar in the world!), Lester River, Superior Hiking trail access, historic Enger Tower and many breweries and restaurants! 
→ Caribou Lake is perfect for boating, paddle-boarding, swimming, and other water activities
→ Just minutes to Hiking and Mountain biking trails
→ Short drive to coffee, breweries, restaurants
→ Short drive to Canal Park & the Iconic Lift Bridge
→ Short drive to Spirit Mountain Ski Resort

→ TRANSIT
While having a car is recommended for convenience, no worries if you don't have one. Duluth has got you covered with plenty of public transportation options to explore the area. You can hop on the Duluth Transit, or take advantage of ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft. And if you prefer traditional taxis, there are many other taxi services available too. So, whether you're cruising in your own car or using one of these convenient options, getting around won't be a problem at all. Enjoy your adventures in Duluth!

To access the home use the front or backdoor keypads. Utilize your unique code provided at check-in to enter.

→ PARKING 
Park in the single car garage and if you have more than one vehicle there is plenty of street parking available. To access the garage the remote is on the kitchen counter.
