Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire second-story apartment. 

Parking:
   One free designated parking space is available behind the apartment on Michigan Street.
   Additional city parking is available on Superior Street or in the parking ramp across the street.

Entry:
   The primary building entrance is on Michigan Street. You will receive a code for building access.
   Urban Woods Retreat is a second-story apartment, requiring stairs to reach your unit, located on the left side.
   Please use the provided code followed by the check mark to enter your apartment.
   Caution: The outside stairs may be difficult to navigate in rain and snow, so please proceed with caution.

We aim to provide a private and undisturbed stay. While we won't be present during your visit, we are always available via message or phone for any questions or assistance you may need. A digital guidebook will be sent the morning before your arrival, with step-by-step check in instructions and a unique code to enter the property. Heirloom Customer Service contact information will also be provided in your digital guidebook.

Transit - While having a car is recommended for convenience, no worries if you don't have one. Duluth has got you covered with plenty of public transportation options to explore the area. You can hop on the Duluth Transit, or take advantage of ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft. And if you prefer traditional taxis, there are many other taxi services available too. So, whether you're cruising in your own car or using one of these convenient options, getting around won't be a problem at all. Enjoy your adventures in Duluth!

Pets - To protect the beauty of this property we have a strict No Pets allowed policy. 

Parking - When you arrive, there is one space in the back of the building available. If extra parking is needed please utilize Superior street parking or parking across the street in the parking ramp.
