Room 15 is located on the third floor. This room features studio accommodations capable of sleeping 5, perfect for traveling families, a fun trip with some friends, or some much needed self-care. With all that Duluth’s downtown has to offer is just outside the front door. The room features two queen-sized beds and a futon sleeper. With windows reaching up to the 14-foot ceilings you will be bathed in natural light until you’re ready to cozy in and close the black out blinds.

The decor features historically significant people from Duluth's past, furnished with antiques and decorated with contemporary art that creates a unique, cozy feel in each space.
