Heirloom Vacations Cancellation Policy

Make sure you’re comfortable with this cancellation/modification policy. In rare cases, you may be eligible for a refund outside of this policy.

• To receive a full refund, you must cancel or modify within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation/modifications must occur at least 14 days before check-in.

• If you cancel or modify 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, you will be refunded 50%.

• If you cancel or modify less than 14 days before check-in you will not receive a refund.

Cancellation policy may differ between properties, please check the listing for accurate information on that properties cancellation policy. If no policy is listed on the listing than this standard policy will apply. This and other policies on our website only applies to bookings made direct with Heirloom Vacations and does not apply to our listings on other platforms such as Airbnb, Expedia, Vrbo, etc.
