Welcome to the Clocktower Condo, your bright and airy second-story retreat in the heart of downtown Duluth. This stylish, light-filled condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Large windows fill the space with warm, natural light, framing lovely views of the city's historic clocktower. Step out onto your private balcony to soak in breathtaking views of downtown and Lake Superior—the perfect spot for your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Inside, you'll find an open-layout living space designed for relaxation after a day of exploring:
   Bedrooms: Two private bedrooms, each featuring a plush queen bed.
   Living Room: A cozy sleeper sofa, a smart TV for movie nights, and a collection of board games for fun-filled evenings.
   Kitchen: A spacious, fully equipped modern kitchen, ready for you to whip up delicious meals. We've even included complimentary coffee from the local Duluth Coffee Company.
   Workspace: A designated desk provides a quiet corner for remote work or planning your adventures.
Convenience: A stacked laundry machine is available for your use inside the condo, alongside a modern bathroom. 

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 2-bedroom condo during their stay. This includes the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, and your private balcony.

While we won't be present in person during your stay, our dedicated in-house housekeeping and maintenance teams ensure the condo is impeccably maintained and cleaned to hotel standards. You can hop on the Duluth Transit, or take advantage of ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft. And if you prefer traditional taxis, there are many other taxi services available too. From the Twin Cities:
-Take I-35 N to Duluth
-Take exit 256A for Mesaba Ave
-Continue on Mesaba Ave. for .4 mi
-Turn right onto W 4th St., in .4 mi the apartment will be on the left.

From the North Shore:
- Take MN-61 S to Duluth
- At the start of I-35 S, turn left
- Take exit 256B toward Lake Ave
- Merge onto S Lake Ave
- Turn right onto E 4th St and the apartment will be on the left

PET POLICY
This property is dog-friendly, specific rules regarding pets at the property are as follows: Please keep pets off all furniture and be sure to be on a leash at all times when outside of the home. Also be sure to clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the trash bins located outside of property. Please respect neighbors by limiting the barking of pets on the property; A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed at the property; the pet fee is $75/dog and an additional $75/dog will be added per week for extended reservations. All mention of pets denotes DOGS ONLY, no other pets are permitted. Any property damages caused by pets will be assessed and may be charged at the discretion of management.
