The Beach House | A Lake Superior Experience

Our beach house offers three comfortable bedrooms, with the master bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed, a private bathroom, plenty of storage space, and direct access to the beach-facing deck. Across the hall, the kids will love their very own room, complete with twin beds and a large closet for all their toys and treasures. Don't forget the final queen-sized bedroom, offering stunning views of the beach and a comfortable place to rest after a day of sandcastle building.

Step outside, and you'll find our beautifully landscaped yard with colorful garden beds and a picnic table on the patio – perfect for outdoor meals or arts and crafts sessions. On chilly nights, gather around the fire pit to roast marshmallows and share stories (firewood is on us!). Plus, with direct beach access from the back deck, endless hours of fun on the sandy shores await.

Make lasting family memories at our Park Point Beach House. Be captivated by the unparalleled charm of Park Point Beach, a magnificent seven-mile stretch of pristine coastline awaiting you just steps away from your backdoor. The soft, inviting sands offer an idyllic setting for leisurely walks along the water's edge, sun-soaked picnics with loved ones, or peaceful moments of relaxation as you soak in the breathtaking views of Lake Superior's sparkling waters.

- Canal Park & Lakewalk: Stroll along the shoreline of Lake Superior, watch boats pass through the Aerial Lift Bridge, and explore the nearby shops, restaurants, and breweries.

- Glensheen Mansion: Take a tour of this historic estate and enjoy the beautiful gardens.

Pets - To protect the beauty of this home we have a strict no pets allowed policy.  

Access - When you arrive, park in front of the garage and walk to the front door where you will use your specialized code to open the door.

Parking - There are 3 parking spaces available in front of the garage. 

Transit - While having a car is recommended for convenience, no worries if you don't have one. Duluth has got you covered with plenty of public transportation options to explore the area. You can hop on the Duluth Transit, or take advantage of ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft. And if you prefer traditional taxis, there are many other taxi services available too. So, whether you're cruising in your own car or using one of these convenient options, getting around won't be a problem at all. Enjoy your adventures in Duluth!

VACATION RENTAL HOUSE RULES

1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS a) All Guests (and any Visitors) must comply with all House Rules and any other instructions from the Property Manager during their stay; and b) Guests must notify the Property Manager of any disputes or complaints from neighbors as soon as reasonably practicable.

2. NOISE AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD a) This Vacation Rental is suitable for children of all ages! Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the Neighborhood; b) Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours (10pm – 8am), and upon arrival and departure; c) Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the vacation rental agreement, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges which may be deducted from the Security Deposit;

3. VISITORS a) Guests are allowed a maximum of 4 visitors at any time during their stay. b) Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded; and that visitors are complicit with these House Rules.

4. FUNCTIONS a) Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at the Vacation Rental; and b) Any small gathering must comply with other rules set regarding Noise, the Neighborhood and Visitor numbers.

5. PARKING a) Guests and any visitors are to comply with parking regulations and other requirements set out by the property manger and show consideration to neighbors and other vehicles; please use the designated parking.

6. SECURITY a) Any time Guests leave the Vacation Rental, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. b) Guests must switch off the lights, air conditioning, fans, electronics such as televisions when not in use to promote energy saving.

7. SMOKING a) Smoking is not permitted inside the Vacation Rental; and b) Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly (in large trash cans located outside property or off property all together) and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.

8. PETS a) Pets are not permitted at the Vacation Rental

9. DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES a) All Damages and Breakages must be reported to the Property Manager as soon as reasonably practicable. Failure to report them will likely result in a penalty deduction from the security deposit. And; b) To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement.

10. CHECK OUT ARRANGEMENTS a) Please be sure to lock all doors and leave both sets of keys back in the lockbox. Check out is at 10am - if you need a later checkout please contact me as soon as possible to make arrangements.

11. EMERGENCY CONTACT DETAILS: a) In the event of an emergency relating to the Vacation Rental, your emergency contact is: Heirloom Vacation Rentals b) In the event of all other emergencies please call 911.

12. COMPLIANCE a) Breach of any of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy as per the Rental Agreement. b) The Owner and Manager reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the Vacation Rental, any Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community.
