Each year, it seems no matter how hard we try, the holidays are a busy, chaotic time of year. They may be joyful or brutal – it doesn’t matter. It can be a lot for our nervous systems, often a time of “too much.”
The daily rigors and stresses of life add up, causing blockages in our body and mind. By taking a break to clear out environmental, dietary, mental, and emotional congestion, you will find a sense of renewal and expanded vitality to re-energize you in your daily life.
This retreat weekend is designed to help you recoup after the busyness of the end of the year – catch up on sleep, stretch out, eat healthy food, and just breathe.
Classes will be gentle in nature and appropriate for all skill levels, even beginners.

Take a step back from your daily routine for some personal restoration with our Rejuvenation Retreat.
Your cleansing weekend begins the moment you arrive and continues throughout the weekend. The weekend will include

Built in 1908, by Joseph Cotton, the Cotton Mansion is a 16,000 square foot Italian Renaissance mansion and Carriage House located in the historic mansion district of Duluth, Mn. Beautiful custom-crafted details include an incredible array of hand-carved stone, exotic woods, Fifteenth Century Italian marbles, stunning mosaics and hand-carved plaster frieze ceilings. Each of the rooms are carefully curated to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Payment:
The prices shown include the cost of accommodations, weekend retreat, meals, use of the tea & coffee bar, wifi, public spaces, and all the amenities that The Cotton Mansion offers. Full payment is required at registration and can be made with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
Check-in:
Due to our limited staff, we have limited hours for in person check-in. Our staff is available to welcome you from 4 pm to 6 pm, so please plan to arrive between these hours. If your plans may require a later arrival, please contact Cotton Mansion Events to make arrangements for a self check-in.
Check-out:
Check-out time is 11:00 am on the day of departure. We can extend your check-out time to accommodate your scheduling needs (pending availability) for a courtesy charge.
What to bring:
The hotel provides soap, shampoo, conditioner, bed linens and towels. Please bring your toothpaste, bathrobe, slippers, etc. For your retreat experience please bring your yoga mat.
Cancellations or Refunds:
We are offering a very limited number of spaces for this retreat. As such, all bookings are non refundable from the date of purchase. If you are unable to attend the retreat, you may transfer your reservation to another person with prior approval from Cotton Mansion Events at no additional charge.

Our rooms offer clean and tastefully selected furnishings with either 1 queen or 1 king bed(with the exception of The Billiards Suite which is a 3 bedroom suite). All rooms come with a coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, and a SmartTV connected to Netflix and Hulu. Each of our rooms has a private bathroom, many with jetted or soaking tubs. Our rooms are all unique offering differing amenities, please see the detailed room descriptions earlier on this page for full room details.
Yes, you may extend your stay outside of the structured retreat schedule. The cost would be that of accommodations.
Yes! We have a very limited number of retreat spaces available for guests with other accommodations.
No! All genders and non-binary people are welcome as long as our age requirement is met and only good vibes are brought!
Absolutely! While this is not a “couples retreat” we welcome all those in need of some restful time and space to join us. Pricing for the retreat is for individuals. Lodging pricing is the rate listed regardlesss of occupancy (up to maximum occupancy listed).
We love children, but at this time The Cotton Mansion is primarily an adult oriented facility. Programs are open to guests 16 years and older, unless otherwise stated.
No, The Cotton Mansion does not allow pets.
